I work for a nonprofit in Brenham that was looking for used office furniture. The closest option was Systems Office Furniture. I visited the showroom/warehouse as well as communicated via email and telephone. The entire transaction was handled professionally. The gentlemen that delivered and installed the furniture were knowledgeable, professional, and treated our office space with care. Kai is amazing, patient and extremely knowledgeable! We purchased desks, filing cabinets, storage cabinets, dry erase board, and reception furniture from System Office Furniture and we COULD NOT be more pleased. I received the chair last night and I can now say that I was apprehensive about making a chair purchase online without a test drive and even more alarmed by the shipping cost, but my gut feeling told me to proceed anyway.  With that being said, I am thoroughly impressed with the product and the level of service afforded me.  You all were absolutely correct in your assessment of the chair being in "like new" condition as I have noticed only one minor imperfection on the right arm.  Thank you all for working with me; a 5-star transaction . . .I am a satisfied customer.

Systems Office Furniture is your one stop shop!  They have it all!  Jennifer and her crew was instrumental in getting our office set up just right.  From day one, Jennifer was there to go over our budget and help us get what we needed right away for our start-up business.  She was always there to help us find the best value along with quality office furniture.  The team at Systems are friendly, helpful and really go out of their way with their customer service.  When it came time to build our cubicles, Jennifer came herself and took measurements and helped us really "design" the space we wanted!  All work was timely, professional and we came in under budget!  

Can not say enough about this crew and I know the work that was put in to finding just our right items for our space.  We have a space that is functional, professional, and inviting.

This was the first time I have worked with Jared and Bill. They were both excellent to work with and the crew was very thorough. They completed their work ahead of time and left a very clean and neat floor plate. There was over 135,000 sq. ft. of office space (cubicles, desks, chairs, file cabinets etc.) that were required to be moved. The job was daunting but they got it done quickly and effectively. I had also asked them to take a look at one of the other properties and they did a wondereful job at that site as well. The manager was very satisfied and happy as she had been trying to find a vendor that was willing to help for sometime. Jared took a look at it as soon as I mentioned the property and got started on that project soon after. 

I would recommend Systems Office Furniture Inc. to anyone who needs their office's vacated or moved. They provide excellet service and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

We purchased 8 slightly used vertical file cabinets for our office storage area.

When they were delivered we were amazed at the excellent condition of the cabinets!  And the price was amazing compared to what we had been quoted at other places in town and the delivery fee was excellent as well.

Jared and Kai had to hand carry all 8 cabinets up a flight of stairs and into our storage area to install them but they didn't complain at all and were so friendly and helpful.

We appreciate the excellent bargain and will continue shopping here in the future for all of our office needs.

EXCELLENCE is the word I use to describe Jared and Kai and there team! Our experience with them in buying office furniture was very enjoyable. They have a great selection of furniture to choose from and although it’s used it LOOKS brand new. I gave Jared only a days notice for delivery and it was the week of Thanksgiving…he made it happen to get my furniture delivered! Kai and his team delivered it and set it up within a few hours. Kai worked with me in my office until I was totally satisfied as to where I wanted my desk…and it isn’t a small piece of furniture. The Ishmael brothers rock!!! I could not be more pleased. This is the only place I will buy my furniture from in the future. Go see the Ishmael brothers for all your office furniture needs…they have everything you need at a great price!
